On May 3, 65 dedicated JFFS staff and supporters strapped on their running shoes and hit the pavement to raise funds for our community. As part of JFFS's Team Meaningful Miles in the 2015 OC Marathon, they all crossed the finish line and raised over $2,500 to help JFFS continue to meet the needs of our community, today and for the future. Additionally, 13 volunteers and members of the Costa Mesa Middle School cheer squad represented JFFS at the 5k Water Station. Over 3,000 runners made their way past this station for hydration and motivation during the last leg of their journey. This was JFFS's first year as a Charity Partner with the OC Marathon, and it could not have been a more perfect morning to support and celebrate both personal achievement and community spirit. Thank you and congratulations to everyone who took part. Together, we do the extraordinary! More
