Holocaust Survivor Program
Every survivor has a story. Together, we can ensure they receive the care, connection, and support they deserve.
Thanks to the KAVOD Survivors of the Holocaust Emergency Fund (SHEF), every dollar you give will be matched up to $35,000 , doubling your impact.
The KAVOD SHEF Fund was established to support Holocaust survivors across the United States, more than 30% of whom live near poverty. Your gift helps provide vital resources, emergency assistance, care management, and support services to Holocaust survivors in our community so they can live their remaining years with dignity, honor, and care.
After losing her husband, Miriam struggled to afford groceries and transportation to medical appointments. Support from the Jewish Federation helped her stay connected, cared for, and independent.
