Women philanthropists are the change makers of our Orange County Jewish community. This passion for community is the bedrock of Women’s VOICES, the flagship event powered by Women’s Philanthropy of Jewish Federation of Orange County.
Women’s VOICES 2022 will be in-person* at the Renaissance Newport Beach. Join us as we honor our 2022 Woman of the Year, Ann Moskowitz, and raise critically needed funds for Jewish Federation’s Annual Campaign.
2022 WOMAN OF THE YEAR:
Women’s VOICES: Voices of the Future celebrates the emergence of youth as the next generation of Jewish leaders. Jewish Federation opens the doors to our future leaders through our flagship program, Passport to Jewish Life, which provides grants for youth participation in Jewish educational experiences across Orange County, North America, and Israel.
Our 2022 Woman of the Year, Ann Moskowitz, is a role model of philanthropy, leadership and community service. As a past chair of Jewish Federation’s Grants & Allocations Committee, she advanced support for our Jewish day schools, congregations, and communal institutions. Subsequently, at the helm of Jewish Federation’s Ruth Feuerstein Fund and its successor, Passport to Jewish Life, Ann spearheaded an exponential increase in our support for youth participation in Jewish informal education. Since 2007, more than 2,500 Passport grants have been awarded, totaling over $1.4 million. Thanks to the Ann Moskowitz Passport to Jewish Life Endowment, the Passport program will continue to lay the foundation for a bright future of meaningful Jewish experiences in perpetuity.
To honor Ann as the 2022 Woman of the Year and her everlasting legacy of supporting Passport to Jewish Life, tribute donations in support of the Passport to Jewish Life program are being accepted to provide more grants to more children for more Jewish experiences, enhancing Jewish journeys for countless children in 2022.
