Jewish Federation’s Teen Engagement & Wellness Initiative hosted its first professional development session for Jewish professionals working with tweens and teens on Monday, April 17. Clinical Psychologist and Adolescent Specialist, Dr. Jerry Weichman shared with grant recipients (in-person) and interested community members (via zoom) wellness tools grounded in science to help youth professionals better work with teens. The next session will be held on Friday, May 19 at noon with Clinical Psychologist & Executive Director of Operations at Be Well OC, Dr. Lauren Brand. Jewish youth professionals and interested community members are welcome to register today.
