With the start of the new school year, Federation provided $37,717 in Passport to Jewish Life grants to eight congregations and Chabad centers to support children attending religious and Hebrew school. Passport to Jewish Life grants open doors to meaningful Jewish educational experiences that enable Orange County children and teens to participate in Jewish summer and after-school programs. Federation has dispersed $76,642 in Passport grant funding this year to support Jewish experiences for students in grades K-12. Passport funding is provided by the Ann Moskowitz Passport to Jewish Life Endowment Fund, the Temple Beth Emet Endowment, and through the generosity of our community through Federation’s Annual Campaign.
