This week marks the one-year anniversary of the conflict in Ukraine. Immediately following the outbreak of the war, Jewish Federations of North America, the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, the Jewish Agency for Israel, and our extensive network of overseas partners mobilized to deliver humanitarian aid to Jews who fled to neighboring countries and Israel, and direct relief to those forced to shelter in place. As the crisis continues and new needs emerge daily, our global Jewish network remains a lifeline to thousands. You can help bring light to our Ukrainian brothers and sisters by joining in a “Shabbat for Ukrainian Jews” this Friday, February 24 with your family, havurah, or synagogue.
