Anyone can do yoga. Whether you are stiff with poor balance, or are strong and fit, you can benefit from these classes. Laura's yoga classes focus on mindfulness and self-awareness. She has a gentle style of teaching with an emphasis on safe alignment, and effort balanced by restraint.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Please bring a yoga mat or let us know if you need us to supply one for you. Class duration: 1 hr. and 15 minutes, followed by an optional 10-minute nutrition talk.
Laura Lehrer works individually with clients and in group classes, teaching them how to use yoga therapeutically and how to modify their eating and lifestyle for better health. She is a certified Lifestyle Educator and Registered Yoga Teacher.
