Dr. Richard Sandor is a board certified psychiatrist with more than thirty years’ experience in the field of addiction medicine. He has served as the medical director at several nationally accredited drug and alcohol treatment programs, including the Redgate Memorial Recovery Center, the Sepulveda VA/UCLA Medical Center, the Betty Ford Center Los Angeles outpatient program, and the Saint John’s Health Center. Dr. Sandor was on the clinical faculty of UCLA Medical Center, and served as President of the California Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Sandor is the author of Thinking Simply About Addiction
