You will walk away from each session with do-able mindfulness practices you can use in your daily life.
Sessions are Fridays from 11 am - 12:30 pm monthly.
January 19 - Waking up with gratitude, awareness and intention.
February 23 - Going to sleep with compassion and forgiveness.
March 23 - The space in between-the power of pausing.
