Join us on a 4 day walking/talking/eating/learning adventure to NYC . From the Lower East Side to Harlem, Williamsburg, Crown Heights and the Upper West Side, we will jump into our ever-evolving history with the goal of learning about our origins as Jewish Americans and meeting American Jews who are working to insure that our story is one that still has many pages left to share with future generations. Highlights will include: a private tour of the JTS Rare book room and Chabad HQ; walking tours of Jewish Harlem and the Lower East Side; soul awakening Shabbat services at Romemu and B’nai Jeshurun; Twilight at the Met with Marc Michael Epstein and Sharon Keller; Scavenger Hunt in the Jewish museum with Watson Adventures; Sunday morning adventure in Williamsburg with former Chasidim as our guides; meals and opportunities for interactive time with re-visioners - Elliot Cosgrove, Rolando Matalon, Yehuda Krinsky, Angela Buchdahl, Brad Hirschfeld, Irwin Kula, Jill Jacobs, Amichai Lau Lavie, David Ingber, Sara Hurwitz, Shai Held, Elie Kaunfer, Ethan Tucker, Joey Weisenberg, Jacqueline Koch Ellenson, Meir Solovechik, Asher Lopatin, Sharon Kleinbaum, Marvin Tokayer, David Kraemer, Marc Michael Epstein and Sharon Keller {speakers to be confirmed}.
