“LIFE AND HUMMUS” follows an Orange County filmmaker, Alex Matros, as he travels through Israel in hopes of finding “the world’s best” hummus. His search also introduces him to both Arabs and Israelis with a common love for this regional specialty. Executive Producer Rick Matros will discuss the film and answer questions. A buffet of hummus from savory to sweet will be available for tasting.
