Trip to the Skirball Cultural Center on Tuesday, July 31, 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Three Exhibitions)

"Bernstein at 100" is the centennial retrospective of the great Jewish American composer conductor, pianist and humanitarian. Take a docent tour of the exhibit organized by the GRAMMY museum which encompasses a half century of Bernstein’s contributions to the world.

The World Stage: Israel displays two works by Kehinde Wiley, commissioned to paint Barack Obama’s official portrait for the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery.

The Jim Henson Exhibition: Imagination Unlimited reveals the imaginative world of Jim Henson and his ground breaking puppetry and it’s impact on contemporary culture. JCC members $85 Public $90

The trip includes, admission, luxury bus, lunch & docent tour of the Bernstein exhibit. $5:00 discount if attending both the lecture and the trip. Registration for this event ends July 23.
