SKILLSETnpo® is an executive-level leadership development program designed to advance a select group of Jewish lay leaders who will emerge from the program deeply energized, inspired and possessing the tools to lead our community. Over the course of the 12-month program (beginning in the Fall of 2011), the emerging leaders chosen for participation will benefit from a personally transformational experience, led by world-renowned consultants, academics and Jewish scholars.
