Jewish Federation & Family Services currently seeks a part-time Holocaust Survivor Program Assistant to provide programmatic and administrative support to the Coordinator.
Position Overview:Jewish Federation & Family Services seeks a full-time Coordinator to oversee the daily functioning, member-engagement, planning, and development of TrueNeighbors Village, a member-to-member support network in Irvine dedicated to healthy aging, independence and community building. A hybrid of the national village model, TrueNeighbors Village provides a large menu of volunteer and professionally led services and activities that enable senior to age in place in their own homes and neighborhoods. Village services take place in central Irvine, with a focus on residents of three independent living communities. This position requires an extremely creative, energetic leader who can motivate and inspire members, as well as interface successfully with community partners, including health care providers, city of Irvine Senior Services, housing developers, corporations, home-owner associations, local businesses and the faith community.
Position Overview:Under the direction of the Database Manager, the Database Assistant is responsible for continual informational and financial data entry and processing. As a member of the Fundraising and Development team, the Database Assistant will work closely with the Database Manager to ensure high standards in data integrity and to maintain accurate, effective, and accessible records and reports to support JFFS fundraising, prospecting, campaign, and event activities.
