Rose Project Program Coordinator

Position Overview: The Rose Project seeks a highly motivated person with experience in student leadership development and knowledge of current issues facing Jewish students on U.S. college campuses to implement and manage an innovative leadership development program for college students from three Orange County campuses. Applicants should be detailed-oriented self-starters who can work independently, prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously. This position reports to the Director of The Rose Project with accountability to the Rose Leadership Council.

Computer Front Desk Support

Position Overview: Jewish Federation & Family Services seeks a full-time Computer and Front Desk Associate. The Computer & Front Desk Associate provides organizational team support, computer skills for various projects and tasks, facilities support as well as some receptionist duties. This position reports to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and will work closely with other members of the office. As the first contact for all inquiries into the organization, this staff member is expected to handle her/himself with courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency.

Executive Assistant to the President/CEO

Position Overview: Jewish Federation & Family Services seeks a full-time Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant to the President/CEO. The Executive Assistant to the President/CEO has three main duties including providing administrative support to the President/CEO, administrative point person for the SKILLSETnpo® program as well as administrative responsibility over Human Resources tasks. Marketing Communications Coordinator

Position Overview: The Marketing Communications Coordinator provides a variety of specialized and administrative functions to help Jewish Federation & Family Services, Orange County (JFFS) to achieve its strategic marketing goals by contributing to the development, distribution and dissemination of information and materials. The Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Director of Community Planning & Development, and will work in a number of marketing communications areas including graphic design, content development and production for print and online (web, social media), partner co-marketing efforts, direct response/community campaigns, event support, public relations, marketing/branding and advertising.

Accounting Manager

Position Overview: The Accounting Manager is responsible for general ledger management, account reconciliation, cash receipts review and posting, depreciation and accruals, investment accounting, restricted asset releases, payroll processing and preliminary monthly accounting cycle closing. The Accounting Manager has the responsibility to prepare preliminary financial statements, assist with the annual audit and tax returns.
